Problems and Solutions：
Valve closure is not strict, the specific reasons are: the ball is not round, the surface is rough; ball punch over; seat sealing surface pressure bad; sealing surface without preload; wrench pointed out that the closing position does not match the actual, resulting in leakage; the valve seat and the valve body is not sealed, O-ring and other seals are damaged.
Preventive measures: disassembly inspection and pressure test before use; not allowed to be used as a throttle valve, the ball should be repaired in a timely manner after flushing over, replacement of the sealing seat; assembly of the valve seat, the valve should be in the fully closed position, tightening bolts should be uniform, the force should be small. Before use, it should be checked that the closing position indicated by the wrench is in accordance with the actual position, and be corrected regularly.
