Flemish eye steel swaging sleeves

Processing mode: The steel sleeve provided by our company is made of specially smelted special steel, formed by extrusion and drawing, and fully annealed by advanced heat treatment equipment and technology. It has low hardness, good ductility and strong binding force. It is the best choice to suppress the safety of the eye. Our forging, heat treatment, sand blasting, auto-marding facilities assures the consistent quality of Flemish eye steel sleeves.

Material: carbon steel

Finish: self-colored or galvanized as required.

Maximum work load: 200 ton

Remarks: It is recommended to use with 6x19, 6x25, 6x29, 6x37 IPS or XIP (EIP), FC or IWRC wire rope. If any other structure or grade of wire rope is used with, it is recommended to do a pressed terminal breaking load test to prove that the accessories produced are suitable.

Steel oval sleeves

For wire rope size range: 5/16'' to  1-1/4''

Material: Specially processed low carbon steel

Note: Steel Oval Sleeves are recommended for use with 6x19 or 6x37, IPS ORxIP(EIP), RRL, FC or IWRC wire rope.

Steel stop buttons

For wire rope size range: 1/8'' to  1-1/4''

Material: Specially processed low carbon steel

Features: low hardness, good ductility and strong bonding force. It is a safe choice for pressing the eye of the wire rope sling.
