Carbon Steel Ball Valve

Carbon Steel Ball Valve

Carbon steel ball valve sphere, valve stem and valve seat are made of carbon steel, the surface has been specially treated to improve the corrosion resistance and sealing performance.

Technical parameters of carbon steel ball valve: nominal diameter: DN15 ~ DN65; operating temperature: -20 ℃ ~ 180 ℃;

Application: tap water, sewage, cooling water, etc.; pressure range: CL150, CL300;

Connection: female thread; transmission: handwheel.

Overview

Features:

Carbon steel is an iron-carbon alloy containing a high amount of carbon and usually small amounts of silicon, manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus.

Its main characteristics include high strength and hardness. Due to its high carbon content, carbon steel has small and tightly packed grains, which gives it high strength and hardness.

Carbon steel is relatively soft and easy to machine into a variety of shapes, including metal parts and industrial materials.

Carbon steel is easy to weld and can be joined by a variety of welding methods, making it suitable for components that require complex shapes.

Carbon steel is suitable for applications subject to heavy pressure and loads, and also has good wear resistance, making it suitable for working environments with high levels of wear and tear.
