Overview
Principle Description
The fully automatic oil supply unit is composed of fuel supply pumps, circulation pumps, flowmeters, oil mixing drums, coarse oil filters, self-cleaning oil filters, fuel heaters, fuel viscosity control systems, PLC control boxes, instruments, valves and accessories, etc.
Heavy oil is heated in the daily oil tank to ≥ 80 °C and enters the fuel inlet of the unit. After being roughly filtered by the oil filter, it is supplied to the oil mixing drum by the supply pump. After being mixed with the oil returned from the main engine, it is pressurized by the circulation pump and heated by the heater to reduce the viscosity. After being precisely filtered by the automatically cleaned filter, the temperature of the fuel heating is automatically controlled by the viscosity control system, and the fuel that meets the viscosity for the main engine to burn is input into the main engine.
