ANSI Class 150 Flange

ANSI Class 150 Flange

ANSI Class 150 flanges are flanges with a pressure rating of Class 150 established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Class 150 flanges are rated for operating pressure of approximately 20 pound-force per square inch (psi) at room temperature, equivalent to 1.0 MPa. ANSI Class 150 flanges have specific size, construction and manufacturing standards and are commonly used in pipeline connection systems in the petroleum, chemical, power, Marine and other industrial sectors.

Overview

ANSI Class 150 Flange features:

1. Clear pressure rating: the rated working pressure is about 1.0MPa, suitable for a certain pressure range of pipeline systems.

2. Standardized size: with the specified flange diameter, bolt hole number and diameter, bolt specifications and other dimensions, easy to exchange and common.

3. A variety of material options: common materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc., to adapt to different working environments and media requirements.

4. A variety of sealing surface forms: such as plane (FF), sudden surface (RF), concave and convex surface (MFM), mortise and groove surface (TG), etc., to meet different sealing needs.

5. Wide range of applications: It is widely used in many industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, pharmaceutical, electric power, and shipbuilding.

6. Good interchangeability: Class 150 flanges that meet ANSI standards have good interchangeability under the same specifications for easy maintenance and replacement.

7. Reliable connection performance: Through reasonable design and correct installation, reliable pipeline connection can be provided to ensure the tightness and stability of the system.

8. Relatively mature manufacturing process: After long-term application and development, the manufacturing process is relatively mature, and the product quality is stable.
