Preparation stage:

1.Ensure that both ends of the pipeline are cut smoothly, without burrs or protrusions. ‌

2.Clean the inner and outer walls of both ends of the pipeline to ensure that there is no dirt or grease. ‌

3.Choose the appropriate tee joint based on the material of the pipeline. For example, PVC or PPR water pipes should use the corresponding connection method (such as glue or hot melt). ‌

Installation process:

1.Install the card sleeve and stopper sleeve at both ends of the pipeline. The card sleeve should be fully fitted onto the outer wall of the pipeline and in close contact with the stopper sleeve. ‌

2.Use the matching fixture to secure the card sleeve and stopper sleeve, usually a clamp ring with a screw, and tighten it until the card sleeve and stopper sleeve are completely fixed. ‌

For sleeve type straight pipe joints, the end face of the pipe should be flush, deburred, cleaned, and blown clean with high-pressure air before use. Maintain the coaxiality between the pipe and the joint body to avoid excessive deviation that may cause seal failure. The pre installation force should not be too large, so that the inner edge of the card sleeve is just embedded in the outer wall of the pipe. ‌

3.When connecting pipelines, the pipes should have sufficient deformation allowance to avoid being subjected to tensile or lateral forces, which can cause poor sealing. ‌

4.After installation, check if the connection is secure and perform pressure and leakage tests to ensure that there are no issues with the connection. ‌

Attention:

1.Do not add sealant or other fillers to avoid hydraulic system failure. ‌

2.When connecting pipelines, they should be installed in one go to avoid multiple disassembly, otherwise it will also deteriorate the sealing performance.
