The marine oil separator is mainly composed of a drum, a vertical shaft system, a horizontal shaft system, a rack speed measurement device, a brake device, and a motor.
The materials to be separated are separated by the discs in the drum. By utilizing the different densities of oil, water, and slag in the materials to obtain different centrifugal forces in the centrifugal force for separation. The separated oil is output by the centrifugal pump, the water is thrown out through the specific gravity ring and discharged from the sewage outlet, and the impurities are discharged from the slag discharge port of the drum when slagging.
