System Components Description
Self-cleaning Filter
Raw water enters the body through the water inlet, flows through the filter screen, and filters out the fine impurities in the water. As various pollutants in the filter medium accumulate on the inner side of the filter screen, the filtering channel is blocked, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts the stroke motor and the backwash high-pressure pump. At this time, the transmission device drives the blowdown shaft with a suction nozzle to do rotary and horizontal reciprocating motions on the inner side of the filter screen. At the same time, on the outer side of the filter screen, the high-pressure backwash device and the blowdown device act synchronously and have a corresponding relationship. Without interrupting the normal water production, only with a small part of the product water, the filter screen is high-pressure backwashed. The backwash water penetrates the filter screen, and together with the impurities peeled off from the filter screen, it is quickly sucked into the blowdown shaft by the suction nozzle and finally discharged from the blowdown chamber.
Medium Pressure UV Reactor
The mechanism of ultraviolet sterilization is: Based on the absorption of short-wave ultraviolet (especially UV-C, wavelength 190-280nm) by the nucleic acid of biological cells. When bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms are irradiated by high-intensity ultraviolet light, the ultraviolet spectral energy is absorbed by the nucleic acid DNA/RNA in the microorganism's body, thereby destroying the structure and integrity of the biological genetic material RNA and DNA, and ultimately destroying the reproductive ability of the organism or causing it to die immediately, achieving the effect of sterilization and disinfection. The effect of ultraviolet sterilization depends on the intensity of short-wave ultraviolet light and is not affected by other factors such as water temperature and salinity.
