JIS C3410 Marine Cable

HI-SEA offers a comprehensive range of marine cables manufactured to JIS C3410, the Japanese Industrial Standard for shipboard electrical equipment. Our JIS C3410 portfolio includes multiple series to suit diverse requirements: DPYCY/TPYCY for power distribution, MPYCY for control systems, and TTYCY for instrumentation and communication. Each cable features stranded tinned copper conductors for corrosion resistance and flexibility, with insulation options including 85°C EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) or PVC, ensuring stable operation in engine room environments. For applications demanding enhanced mechanical protection, select models incorporate galvanized steel wire braiding or overall screening against electromagnetic interference.

All JIS C3410 cables meet stringent international safety requirements including IEC 60332-3 Category A flame retardance, with optional fire-resistant constructions available. Temperature ratings up to 90°C and resistance to oils, moisture, and mechanical stress ensure long-term durability in marine conditions.
