Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Distribution Transformer

Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Distribution Transformer

Oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer is an oil-immersed sealed transformer manufactured according to the standard GB/T25446-2010. It adopts amorphous alloy material and has the characteristics of compact structure, low loss and strong short-circuit resistance.

Overview

Characteristics of amorphous alloys

The basic elements of amorphous alloys are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, etc. They are the same kind of isotropic soft magnetic materials, with low magnetization power, no structural defects that hinder the movement of domain walls, extremely thin thickness of only 0.027mm, and correspondingly smaller filling factor of only 0.75~0.8. The resistivity is very high, 3~6 times that of silicon steel sheets, and the hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel sheets. Amorphous alloy materials are particularly sensitive to stress. For SH15-M-30~2500/6~10 series products, the no-load loss is reduced by 70% based on the GB/T6541 standard value.
