Marine Centrifugal Fans
Marine centrifugal fans are widely used in the ventilation, dust removal and cooling systems of ships to ensure the air circulation and environmental comfort on board.
Overview
Applications:
Ventilation of various cabins.
Boiler drum, induced air.
Cushioning and propulsion of hovercraft.
The buoyancy of the submarine.
All kinds of compression chamber ventilation.
Inert gas, incineration, regeneration, air purification and other systems.
Main Parts:
Marine centrifugal fan consists of casing, spindle, impeller, bearing drive mechanism and motor.
Casing: made of steel plate is strong and reliable, can be divided into whole type and half-open type, half-open type is convenient for overhauling.
Impeller: composed of blades, curved front disk and flat plate rear disk.
Rotor: static and dynamic balancing should be done to ensure smooth rotation and good performance.
