Maintenance：
Marine Axial Flow Blowers should be shut down immediately for inspection if abnormal sound, serious heating of motor, electrification of casing, tripping of switch, failure to start, etc. are found during operation of the blower. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance during the operation of the blower, and after overhauling, it should carry out a test run for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality before starting the operation.
According to the use of environmental conditions, from time to time on the bearings to replenish or replace the grease (motor closed bearings in the service life does not have to replace the grease), in order to ensure that the blower in the process of good lubrication, refueling frequency of not less than 1,000 hours / times the closed bearings and motor bearings, is strictly prohibited to run out of oil.
Marine Axial Flow Blowers should be stored in a dry environment to avoid the motor moisture. When the blower is stored in the open air, it should have defense measures. During storage and transportation, the blower should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the blower.
