Defects：
1. The straight ladder is seriously corroded, and the top cap, coaming and supporting elbow plate at the bottom of the barrel are seriously corroded, even penetrated;
2. The direction of hand-wheel switch is not clearly marked, and the valve plate cover lifting indicator rod is invalid or missing;
3. The sealing packing of the weathertight cover is aged or lost, and the valve plate is deformed and seriously corroded, which cannot guarantee the sealing with the top edge of the ventilation cylinder; The insect net is broken；
4. The oil injection cup passing through the center of the top cap of the ventilation barrel and the supporting bearing in the ventilation barrel are short of lubricating oil for a long time, and the function of the oil nozzle fails, so that the hand-wheel can hardly rotate and the ventilation barrel cannot be closed quickly.
