Combined winch:

Combined winch, also called the combined anchor windlass or anchor winch, is a mechanical device used on composed of the chain wheel and the drum, which can be used as an anchor windlass for anchoring and as a winch for mooring. To save space and cost, the anchor windlass and winch in modern ships often adopt a combination designed. Combined winches are usually driven by electric or hydraulic power, and their design and function may vary depending on the size and purpose of the vessel, as well as the anchor chain or winch
