Marine Variable Frequency Water Supply Device

Marine Variable Frequency Water Supply Device

Our Marine Variable Frequency Water Supply Device is a cutting - edge solution for marine water supply. It integrates 3 water pumps, a diaphragm pressure tank, an electric control cabinet, as well as a complete set of supporting pipe valves and pressure controllers.Employing fuzzy control, it ensures stable pressure, fast response, and high precision. With functions like timed pump switching and multi - point monitoring, it suits marine scenarios, providing reliable and efficient water supply.

Overview

Working Principle
As water consumption changes, water pressure will fluctuate accordingly. Adjusting the speed of the water pump motor can regulate the flow and maintain constant water pressure. The frequency converter can adjust the speed of the water pump motor.
Control Mode
Fully automatic PLC control.
Equipment Operation and Alarm Troubleshooting
The water pump can be started only when it is ensured that there is water (and no air) in the system.
Select the "Single Pump/Dual Pumps Selection" knob, "Power Frequency/Variable Frequency Selection" knob, and "1# Pump/2# Pump Selection" knob, then press the "Start" button, and the water pump will start running. The indicator light corresponding to the operating status of the water pump will illuminate. Press the "Stop" button to stop the water pump. When there is ultra-high water pressure, ultra-low water pressure, water shortage, frequency converter failure, or water pump overload, the buzzer will alarm and the water pump will stop running. Reset after troubleshooting.

Maintenance Guide

Maintenance must be carried out 5 minutes after the system is powered off.
Daily Maintenance

1. For new equipment, check the air pressure every 3 days in the first month. If the air pressure remains stable without dropping, subsequent checks can be conducted monthly. Before checking the air pressure, first stop the pump, release the system pressure to 0, then use the barometer provided in the spare parts/tools to check the air pressure in the pressure tank (0.12-0.14MPa).

2. Clean surface dust monthly.

3. Perform a system power-off reset once a month. The power-off duration should be no less than 5 minutes, after which the system can be started normally.

Preventive Maintenance
If any of the following abnormalities are detected during daily use, the machine must be stopped for repair:

1. If the water pump fan is blocked by foreign objects, it should be cleaned promptly.

2. If the bearing of the water pump motor produces a screeching friction sound exceeding 80 dB.

3. If the water pump and motor overheat (temperatures exceeding 55°C), the cause must be inspected.
