Marine Butterfly Valve, as a component used to achieve piping system on and off and flow control has been widely used in many fields such as ship building, ship repair, offshore platform. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form mostly adopts the sealing structure, and the sealing material is rubber, PTFE, etc. Due to the limitation of structural features, it is not suitable for high temperature resistance.
Marine Butterfly Valve is suitable for fresh water, sewage, seawater, natural gas, oil and other pipelines that require complete sealing, zero leakage in gas test, high service life, and working temperatures from -10 degrees to 150 degrees.
Marine Butterfly Valve common types of materials include: bronze, cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on. And the common size range of butterfly valve is about DN40-DN1000.
