Delta flipper anchor is produce by steel plate, it is bigger than other type of anchor when their weight are same, so when it has been finished, it will be shipped disassembly. The following pictures are took in loading the delta flipper anchor:
When our clients received delta flipper anchor, it should be installed to a whole before using it. The following are the assembly instructions of delta flipper anchor.
1. When receiving the anchor, check the steel plate on the outside of the anchor pin (it has been cut and fixed with spot welding only)
2. Knock the cut steel plate off with a hammer.
3. Remove the anchor pin.
4. Place the anchor shank inside the anchor head and align the holes.
5. Put the anchor pin back into the hole and make sure the anchor pin reaches the exact position.
6. Return the removed steel plate to its original position, confirm its accuracy and secure it.
7. Use electric welding to weld the groove of the steel plate to keep the weld and the steel plate flat.
8. The weld is polished, so that it is smoothly combined with the steel plate, and after confirming that there are no welding defects, the paint is applied.
