Air Vent Head
The air vent head is one of the important equipment to maintain the ship's ventilation, to ensure the ship's air circulation and prevent water from entering the cabin.
Automatic closing system by disk float, and applicable to ballast tanks, etc. Main body is made of grey iron casting(FC-200). Connection flanges specifications are based on JIS 5 kgf/cm2. Application of IACS (International Association of Classification Societies) unified requirements P3(1991), and approved by CCS, ABS, LR, RINA, DNV-GL, NK, and BV.
The air vent head common types of materials include: cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and so on. And the common size range of air vent head is DN40-DN1000.
