Vacuum Collection System Introduction

The vacuum collection system is composed of vacuum toilets, grey water valves, vacuum collection devices, etc. In this system, domestic sewage no longer relies on gravity, but the vacuum sucks the sewage through the vacuum pipe to the vacuum collection device, and then the sewage is transferred from the vacuum collection device to the domestic sewage treatment device, and is discharged outboard after being treated to meet the international discharge requirements. Therefore, the vacuum pipe has a small diameter and flexible layout.

The vacuum in the pipe system is generated and maintained by a water ejector. A centrifugal sewage pump installed on the vacuum collection device pumps the sewage in the tank into the ejector, and then returns to the tank together with the sewage sucked from the toilet, and so on in a cycle. The sewage serves as the working water of the ejector at the same time. There is a check valve installed on the ejector, which is used for the isolation of the vacuum collection device and the vacuum pipe system. This check valve only opens when the ejector is working.
