Notes for operation
The control box generally contains speed controller, timer controller power switch, heater switch, selection switch, etc.
To stop the operation of the wiper, turn off the power switch (or selector switch). When the switch is turned “on” power shall be turned on to operate wiper.
When operator want continuous wiping. Set the “CONT” position of selection switch. Operator can be controlled by speed controller. (Arm and blade move from 0 to 32 cycle / minute) If operator wants intermittence wiping. Set the "INT” position of selection switch. Next, controlled timer controller by hand. (“INT” time get from 1 to 6 seconds) .
When operator wants stop the wiper,set “off” position of selection switch. Next, set stop position of speed controller, next power switch off. (If operator set power switch off ,arm and blade are not stopped at the start operation position.)
When the wiper is not in use. Be sure to “OFF” the power switch. When the wiper is operated on sunny day or dried window glass. The motor may cause trouble. Because of overload. In case off , should be burned out wiring inside switch box.
If heater switch (push switch) is pushed, heater is operated, with simultaneous lighting of the heater indicator lamp. When operator is forgotten to operate heater, heater is sure turned off after 30 minute automatically according to sensor.
Do not used the heater unless the wiper is frozen.
