Stainless Steel Pressure Reducing Valve
Stainless steel pressure reducing valves are more corrosion-resistant, more suitable for the application of some acidic media system.
In view of the water leakage rate and the degree of waste is almost proportional to the size of the water supply system water pressure, so the stainless steel pressure reducing valves have to improve the operating conditions of the system and the potential role of water conservation.
Overview
Installation:
1. Stainless steel pressure reducing valves must be installed in strict accordance with the arrow direction on the valve body to maintain and fluid flow direction. If the water quality is not clean contains some impurities, must be installed in the stainless steel pressure reducing valve upstream inlet filter (we recommend that the filtration accuracy of not less than 0.5mm).
2. Stainless steel pressure reducing valves in the pipeline to play a certain role in the non-return, in order to prevent the harm of water hammer, you can also install a small expansion tank, to prevent damage to pipes and valves.
3. The filter must be installed in front of the inlet pipe of the stainless steel pressure reducing valve, while the expansion tank must be installed after the outlet pipe of the stainless steel pressure reducing valve.
