Sleeve Joint for transmission Force is to be used to compensate the axial, lateral and angular displacements of pipelines caused by temperature changes, vibration and other factors to ensure the safe operation of pipelines. Sleeve Expander is mainly composed of outer cylinder and inner cylinder, which are connected by flange. The inner wall of the outer cylinder is equipped with a limit block, and the flanges of the outer and inner cylinders are fitted with limit rods to ensure the safe and reliable expansion and contraction of the telescope within the permissible range. The sealing between the outer and inner cylinders is realized by V-type rubber ring or other sealing materials to ensure that the medium does not leak.

Working Principle:

When pipes are affected by factors such as temperature, pressure or vibration, axial, lateral or angular displacements occur.

The sleeve expander absorbs these displacements through the expansion and contraction of the inner sleeve within the outer sleeve, thus protecting the pipe from damage.

When an external force is applied to the sleeve expander, the slider slides along the inner wall of the sleeve, thus changing the length of the sleeve. When the external force disappears, the sleeve will return to its original length due to the action of the spring or other resetting mechanism.
