Pressure Reducing Valve

Pressure Reducing Valve

Pressure-reducing valve using control of the valve body within the opening degree of the opening and closing parts of the adjustment of the flow of the medium, so that the flow rate and the kinetic energy of the fluid to change, resulting in different pressure losses, the pressure of the medium will be reduced, and at the same time, with the help of the role of the valve pressure to adjust the opening degree of the opening and closing parts of the valve, so that the fluctuation of the pressure after the valve and the balance of the spring force to remain within a certain range.

Overview

Application:

Pressure reducing valve has a wide range of applications, in steam, compressed air, water, oil and many other liquid media equipment and piping can be used, the amount of media flow through the outlet of the pressure reducing valve, generally with the mass flow rate and volume flow rate.

Structural Features:

The fluctuation of the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be controlled at 80%~105% of the given value of the inlet pressure, if it exceeds this range, the performance of the pressure reducing valve will be affected.

Each spring of the pressure reducing valve is applicable only within a certain outlet pressure range, beyond which the spring should be replaced. Within the given spring pressure range, the outlet pressure can be adjusted continuously between the maximum and minimum values without jamming and abnormal vibration.
