Common faults and causes of mud box

The common faults of the mud box are nothing more than damage, sand hole and aging or corrosion damage. The reasons for these problems may be as follows.

(1) The reasons for the damage of the mud box are mainly due to poor design factors such as small safety factor, unreasonable structure and internal stress concentration; Or due to poor manufacturing quality, such as uneven thickness, uneven material; Or because the weld is too brittle, the internal stress is too large and the welding quality is poor; Or due to improper installation, the position is skewed or distorted; Or because the valve is not selected properly, it is not adapted to the working condition; Or because the water hammer pressure is too high; Or due to poor maintenance, winter insulation is not good by freezing; Or destroyed by a powerful force.

(2) The cause of trachoma is mainly due to poor manufacturing quality.

(3) The cause of corrosion or aging is mainly due to poor manufacturing quality, or due to poor corrosion prevention and maintenance, replacement and maintenance is not timely.
