Marine Fan Heater
Marine fan heater is characterized by good resistance to moisture, mildew and salt spray, smooth running and low noise. The windings and metal parts of the marine motor are specially impregnated and treated according to the requirements for motors in humid and hot zones. There are axial heat dissipation ribs on the surface of the seat of the marine motor, which can increase the cooling effect.

Protection:
The heater should be flushed regularly with compressed air and water. After 2-3 years of operation, chemical methods should be applied to remove the scale in the discharge pipe.
Hot water should be treated to minimize the production of scale.
When the electric heater is not used for a long time, the pipeline system should be filled with water to reduce corrosion.
Heat exchanger inlet and outlet pipes should be installed valves, inlet and outlet water main diameter should be larger than the heat exchanger pipe diameter.
The electric heater should be installed in the room above 15℃.
Before the test machine, the fan blade open, check the fan blade and the machine have no scratching phenomenon, boot should pay attention to the motor rotation direction should be the same as the direction of the arrow labeling.
The electric heater motor bearing should be cleaned once a year and filled with lubricating oil.
