Metal Expansion Joints: usually made of stainless steel or other metal materials, capable of withstanding high temperature and pressure. Metal expansion joints include bellows expansion joints, elbow type expansion joints and sleeve type expansion joints.
Stainless steel: SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, SUS316L, etc., which are suitable for many industrial environments.
Carbon steel and low alloy steel: Carbon steel expansion joints are less costly, but less corrosion resistant.
Nickel-based alloys: such as INCOLOY800, INCONEL600, etc. are suitable for extreme working environments.
Titanium and titanium alloys: suitable for excellent performance in seawater and other corrosive environments.
Copper alloys: usually used in low temperature, low pressure and need good thermal conductivity application scenarios
Non-metallic expansion joints: including rubber duct expansion joints and fiber fabric expansion joints, made of rubber, fiber fabric and other non-metallic materials, including neoprene rubber, butyl rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, etc., which have better corrosion resistance and vibration damping effect.
