DIN PN10 Air Vent Head
DIN PN10 air vent head is a German standard air vent head. PN10 means that the air vent head can be installed in a piping system with a pressure of 10bar(kg force/cm2). The material of the main frame is FC200, FCD450, the material of the bolt is stainless steel, the material of the top cover is SS400, the material of the rubber cushion is NER, and the material of the seat packing is asbestos. The nominal diameter is generally DN50-DN500. IACS Certificate: LR, CCS, DNV, RINA, ABS, NK, BV.
Overview
Installation requirements for air vent heads
1. After loading, check piping in working condition to ensure no leakage.
2. When the water tank vent cap is installed on the main deck, the height should not be less than 760mm; When installed on the forecastle deck, the height should not be less than 450mm.
3. The wall thickness of the water tank air vent head installed on the open deck shall be thickened according to the specifications.
