CBM 1079-81 Water Pressure Reducing Valve

CBM 1079-81 Water Pressure Reducing Valve stabilizes the pressure of the outlet stream in response to changes in the pressure of the inlet stream by utilizing the piston and spring of the pressure reducing valve control element. It is an important component in the piping system to protect piping and equipment from excessive water pressure. Applicable medium: fresh water, seawater; Nominal pressure: Inlet pressure: 0.8-1.6MPa Outlet pressure: 0.2-0.8Mpa; Nominal diameter: DN32-DN80; Flange connection standard: GB569-65 GB2501-89.

Overview

Application:

In the water supply system, the water pressure often exceeds the normal range due to the limitation of the ship system. In order to ensure the normal operation of the water supply system, to avoid equipment and pipeline damage, the water pressure needs to be controlled, then the pressure reducing valve can play an important role.

Cooling system needs to control the flow and pressure of refrigerant, pressure reducing valve can stabilize the pressure and flow of refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle, to ensure the refrigeration effect.

Operation:

The operating pressure of the pressure reducing valve can be adjusted by controlling the tension of the spring. Where energy savings are required, pressure reducing valves can be designed to be adjustable to achieve different water pressure control in different applications.
