Cast Steel Butterfly Valve

Compared with cast iron butterfly valves, cast steel butterfly valves can be used in pipelines with higher pressure or temperature.

Cast steel butterfly valves: DN15-DN750. Pressure:1.0-20Mpa Driving mode can be manual, electric, pneumatic, gear drive and other devices. Standard: GB, API ANSI, JIS, DIN.

Design:

Cast steel butterfly valves are mainly composed of valve body, valve plate, valve stem and seals. Among them, the valve body and valve plate are made of cast steel materials, and the valve stem is made by processing and boring. Seals include elastic seals, metal seals and combination seals.

Application:

Q41F-16C: Suitable for water, oil, gas, steam and other media on the pipeline.

Q347F: High temperature resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and other harsh working conditions of the media control.Z41W-16C: applicable to the pipeline medium temperature ≤ 200 ℃ scenario.

Z41H-16C: Applicable to the scene where the temperature of pipeline medium is ≤200℃.
