Bilge Water Separator
Marine bilge water separator is also known as 15ppm oil-water separator, or oil-water separator device.
It is used as environmental protection equipment to treat the ship's bilge water so that it meets the discharge standards required by IMO.MEPC.107(49).

Function:

Working Principle:
Typically, it uses a combination of physical separation methods such as gravity separation, coalescence, and filtration. Gravity separation takes advantage of the difference in density between oil and water to allow the oil to float to the surface. Coalescence promotes the merging of small oil droplets into larger ones for easier separation. Filtration further removes fine particles and remaining contaminants.
