ANSI Marine Butterfly Valve is suitable for temperature <=425℃, nominal pressure <=1.6Mpa, in the water supply and drainage, gas pipeline for regulating the flow and throttling the role of the medium, with compensation for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction function. Butterfly valve can transport and control the media are water, condensate, sewage, seawater and other liquids, as well as air, gas and other gases and vapors, dry powder, mud, pulp and other mixtures with suspended solids.

Design standard: the design standard of ANSI Marine Butterfly Valve is API609. flange connection size: the flange connection size standard of ANSI  Butterfly Valve includes ASME B16.5 (for butterfly valve with NPS less than or equal to 24 inches) and ASME B16.47 (for butterfly valves with pressure levels of 150LB, 300LB, 600LB, etc., divided into A series and B series). Butt-welding end: the standard for butt-welding end of ANSI butterfly valve is ASME B16.25. structural length: the standard for structural length of ANSI butterfly valve is API609. pressure test: the standard for pressure test of ANSI butterfly valve is API598. materials of main parts: the materials of main parts of ANSI butterfly valve include valve body, butterfly plate, stem, sealing ring, and packing, etc., and the commonly used materials include WCB, 304, 316, 316SS, CF8M and so on.
