Marine Damper
Marine damper is a kind of ventilation equipment used to control the airflow and pressure inside the ship. It is used to regulate the ship's ventilation and air exchange, as well as to maintain the balance of air pressure inside the ship by opening or closing the airlock door. Marine dampers are widely used in liquid cargo, bulk cargo ships and passenger ships.
According to the use of marine dampers can be divided into fire dampers, smoke dampers, watertight dampers, gas tight dampers, gravity dampers, non-retrun dampers and volume dampers.
Marine dampers can be categorized into manual dampers, electrical dampers and pneumatic dampers according to the mode of operation.
