Anchor chain is a crucial component of anchoring systems on boats and ships. It is a chain that connects the anchor to the vessel. The primary purpose of an anchor chain is to provide weight to the anchor, helping it to stay firmly on the seabed, thus ensuring the vessel remains stationary or in a desired position.
According to the structure, the anchor chain can be divided into: stud link anchor chain and studless link anchor chain. According to the use, it can be divided into: marine anchor chain and marine mooring chain.The anchor chain has two grade: grade 2 and grade 3. Mooring chain has five levels: RS, R3S, R4, R4S, R5.
