The main type of Rubber pressure diaphragm HRU is JSQ-III. When the HRU enters the water (no more than 4m), the water enters its water storage chamber, then the water pressure compresses the rubber diaphragm, and the rubber diaphragm drives the mandrel inward, thereby releasing the hook.

Overview

Structure:

The back of the HRU is a closed chamber composed of a rubber diaphragm connected with the mandrel and a sealing cover. The mandrel is fixed on the pressure diaphragm. And the front of the HRU is composed of a safety hook and a hook and a cover with a water inlet hole and a return hole.

Principle: 

Under normal condition, the internal of the device is in a balanced state, and the mandrel is just stuck to the safety hook and then the hook is controlled to be locked. However, when the device enters the water, under the action of water pressure, the rubber diaphragm is compressed, which causes the mandrel to move synchronously to the closed chamber, and at this time, the mandrel is not blocked, and the safety hook and the hook are successfully removed, so as to achieve the effect of release.

as shown in the following figure. Pay attention to the nameplate face inward, inspection should be able to see at a glance. If the annual inspection test is qualified, it can be used for a long time.
