Working principle
The screw pump is a novel type of pump that operates based on the principle of rotary engagement displacement, with its main working components being an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed bushing (stator). By virtue of the unique geometry of the stator and rotor, it forms a separate sealed cavity, ensuring uniform axial flow of the medium. This design results in low internal flow velocity, constant volume, stable pressure, and eliminates vortex formation or agitation. The stator of the screw pump is fabricated from various elastic materials to accommodate high viscosity fluids, media containing hard suspended particles or fibers.

1.stainless steel: with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, suitable for chemical, food and other industries. The disadvantage of stainless steel screw pumps is that the price is higher and higher quality stainless steel materials need to be selected when the liquid permeability is strong .
2. Cast iron: suitable for conveying a variety of low-viscosity non-corrosive liquids, widely used in agriculture, water supply and drainage, HVAC, pharmaceutical and petrochemical fields. The price of cast iron screw pump is relatively close to the people, but its corrosion resistance is poor, not suitable for transporting corrosive liquid .
