Wear Resistant Ceramic Tile
Wear resistant ceramic tile is a kind of hard quality, more wear-resistant ceramic tile. Specifically refers to the water absorption rate e ≤ 0.5% (gb/t4100.1-1999) of the ceramic tile.Wear resistant ceramic color is relatively single, basically a color through the body. Wear-resistant ceramic tile firing temperature is higher, the tile one-piece molding, color mainly in relief relief bump surface is mainly, not on the glaze. Specifications have 300 * 300 bathroom class and 400 * 400, 500 * 500, 600 * 600 and so on. Due to this type of brick wear resistance, high hardness, and thus the brick body is more brittle, higher fracture rate.
Overview
Grade:
Wear-resistant grades are categorized into the following ten grades according to the Mohs hardness level:
Grade 1 talc, Grade 2 gypsum, Grade 3 calcite, Grade 4 fluorite, Grade 5 apatite, Grade 6 orthoclase, Grade 7 quartz, Grade 8 topaz, Grade 9 corundum and Grade 10 diamond.
The higher the Mohs hardness level, the correspondingly higher the level of wear resistance and the better the physical properties.
Advantage:
1. Wear-resistant tiles are famous for their unglazed surface and the consistent material and color of the front and back sides.
2. Wear-resistant tiles are economical and practical, so they are used more often in kitchens.
3. When using abrasion-resistant tiles in kitchen decoration, when they are stained with grease, they can be scrubbed with a common cleaning agent and a metal wire, without creating any small scratches or stains on the floor.
