Ventilation System Elbow

Ventilation System Elbow

Ventilation system elbow is divided into three categories according to its shape: straight elbow, elbow and tee elbow. Straight elbows have an angle of 0 degrees and are used to connect ventilation pipes that do not need to be turned. Elbow angle is generally 90 degrees, 45 degrees and 30 degrees, mainly used to change the running direction of the ventilation pipe.

Overview

Regulation:

1. The bending radius of the straight elbow shall be greater than or equal to 2.5 times the diameter of the ventilation pipe.

2. The bending radius of the elbow used to change direction shall be greater than or equal to 3.5 times the diameter of the ventilation pipe.

3. Tee elbow bending radius should be greater than or equal to 5 times the diameter of the ventilation pipe.

In practice, the bending radius of the ventilation pipe elbow also needs to be adjusted according to the specific circumstances to achieve the best ventilation effect.
