Universal Joint
The universal joint is a mechanical connection that can achieve variable angle power transmission. It is mainly composed of a cross shaft, needle roller bearings, etc., which allows a large Angle between the two connected axes, and can flexibly transfer torque and rotation motion during operation.
Overview
Universal joint common faults are as follows
1. Wear: cross shaft, needle bearing and other parts wear due to long-term use, resulting in increased clearance, affecting transmission accuracy.
2. Loose: the fasteners of the connection parts are loose, causing the universal joint to work unstable.
3. Stuck: movement is not smooth, the phenomenon of stuck.
4. Abnormal sound: abnormal sound is made during operation.
