UHZ 515 type Level Gauge

Operating Pressure:

The gauge can typically handle pressures up to 4.0 MPa, with some models designed for higher pressures.

Operating Temperature:

Standard models usually operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.

Special models can handle temperatures up to +350°C.

Overview

Installation:

Mounting: Securely mount the level gauge on the side of the tank or vessel. Ensure that the mounting position allows the float to move freely throughout the entire range of the liquid level.

Connection: Connect the gauge to the tank using appropriate flanges or threaded connections. Make sure all seals and gaskets are properly installed to prevent leaks.

Calibration: Calibrate the gauge according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure accurate readings.

Operation:

Initial Check: Before filling the tank, check that the float moves freely and that the indicator or transmitter responds correctly.

Filling: As the tank fills, observe the indicator to ensure it moves in accordance with the rising liquid level.

Monitoring: Continuously monitor the liquid level using the gauge. If remote transmission or alarms are included, configure these features as needed.
