Type BA Flat Round Gooseneck Ventilator
The main function of the Type BA gooseneck ventilation duct is to provide necessary ventilation and air exchange for the ship's cabin through its natural ventilation method, maintaining fresh and circulating air inside the cabin. In addition, it can effectively prevent seawater, rainwater, and Mars from entering the cabin, as well as prevent waves and debris from entering the ventilation pipe inside the cabin, thereby protecting the safety of equipment and cargo inside the cabin. By inhaling and breathing, the pressure inside the container is brought close to atmospheric pressure, maintaining the pressure within the design range to ensure the normal operation and safety of the ship.
Overview
Process flow:
1. Simplified assembly welding: Place the sheet metal into the bending machine for arc forming, then fix it with electric welding and shape it. After forming, the size error of the tube body is about 1mm. Before welding, use an angle ruler to calibrate with the two ports as the reference plane to avoid skewing of the welding tube port. Accurate and fully welded forming.
2. Installation and welding of hood: Clean the edge of the cover plate, remove burrs, and polish it smooth. Draw a line 5mm away from the edge, tap the hole with 14 holes, install the fixing ring, weld the clamp pressure plate, seal the packing inside the cover plate, and when welding the lower hinge pressure plate seat, the opposite side of the hinge should be 3-8mm higher. After the installation of the filling material, there should be no gaps at the four corners, and the anti mouse mesh frame should be cut, bent, and spot welded. Stainless steel mesh cutting, embedded in the cylinder and matched with the anti mouse mesh frame for punching and tapping.
3. Processing: After the simplified assembly is completed, it is polished and the defective areas are repaired. The overall rust removal is carried out, and some spot welding, welding slag, sandblasting or other stains are removed. The finished ventilation duct should be coated with anti rust paint and a nameplate should be installed.
