Three types of Anchors commonly used on Ship
Overview
Spek Anchor
The Spek Anchor is a popular traditional stockless anchor, which is an improved version of the hall anchor. When the anchor is retracted, the anchor claws naturally upward, and it will flip over as soon as it touches the hull and will not damage the boat. The weight range we can provide is from 100kg to 26000kg.
AC-14 Anchor
The AC-14 Anchor is a commonly used high-grip anchor. It has thick and wide fins, has good stability, and can quickly and easily grasp soil. It is used on various seabeds (mud, sand, rocks). Commonly used in large ships. We can provide weights from 30kg to 19500kg.
Japan stockless Anchor
Japan stockless Anchor is a traditional rodless anchor, which is made according to Japanese industrial standard JIS-F3301. We can provide weights from 180kg to 46000kg.
