Rubber Gasket

Rubber Gasket

Rubber gasket in the metal flange or other parts of the connection between the two static surfaces of the sealing role of the sheet-shaped rubber products collectively referred to as rubber gasket. Can be manufactured by molding method, can also be used to vulcanize rubber sheet punching. Can be widely used in a variety of mechanical equipment, lining, sealing, cushioning and other functions.

Commonly used rubber washers and gaskets include: rubber flat washers, rubber O-rings, plastic flat washers, PTFE wrapped gaskets, asbestos rubber gaskets, metal flat gaskets, metal profiled gaskets, metal wrapped gaskets, wave gaskets, wrapped gaskets and so on.

Overview

Differences:

Silicone rubber: has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, in the temperature range of -70 ℃ - +260 ℃ to maintain good use of elasticity, ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, suitable for thermal machinery in the sealing gasket. It is non-toxic and can be used for heat insulation, insulating products and medical rubber products. Meanwhile, it has excellent properties such as waterproof, flame retardant, high temperature resistant, conductive, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, etc. It is widely used in machinery, electronics, plumbing and other industries.

NBR (Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber) is a polymer made of butadiene and acrylonitrile through emulsion copolymerization, known for its excellent oil resistance, but also has good abrasion resistance, aging resistance and air tightness. Therefore, it is widely used in the rubber industry.

Fluoroelastomer: High temperature resistant, can be used in -20℃-+200℃ environment, resistant to strong oxidizers, oil, acid and alkali. Usually used in high temperature, high vacuum and high pressure environment, also suitable for oil environment, widely used in petroleum, chemical, aviation, aerospace and other sectors.
