Oil Fired Boiler

Oil Fired Boiler

The oil fire boiler is installed on the ship and is a device that uses fuel oil as fuel to generate a large evaporation capacity.

The fuel oil is atomized by the burner and injected into the furnace, and is mixed and combusted with the preheated air. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion passes through the heating surface and transfers heat to the water in the pipe, causing the water to gradually heat up and convert into steam. The generated steam is sent to the required systems and equipment after the moisture is removed by the steam-water separation device.

The DF oil fire boiler and the large evaporation capacity boiler adopt a top-fired structure, and the burner is installed on the top of the boiler. This design can make more full use of the furnace space and reduce the floor area. It also helps the full combustion of fuel oil, improves combustion efficiency, and thereby obtains a higher steam output.

For large oil tanker projects, the pressure ranges from 0.7 MPa to 1.8 MPa, and the rapid fuel partial evaporation capacity of steam can range from 15 t/h to 50 t/h, with the pressure ranging from 0.7 MPa to 1.8 MPa.
