Metal Gasket

Metal Gasket

Metal gasket material imported stainless steel and high carbon steel and brass three materials by heat treatment grinding process made of high precision, strong pull strength, good finish, toughness, not easy to break the characteristics. The high-carbon steel material has a certain degree of elasticity. Stainless steel material is very good toughness, not easy to break. Metal gaskets can be categorized into various types according to different applications and materials, such as: flat gaskets, spring gaskets, wave gaskets, hub gaskets, conical gaskets and so on.

Overview

Type:

Stainless steel gasket: Made of stainless steel material with high hardness and corrosion resistance, suitable for high temperature and high pressure environment.

Aluminum gasket: Made of aluminum material, lightweight and has good thermal conductivity, suitable for some of the weight and thermal conductivity requirements of the occasion.

Copper gasket: Made of copper, with good elasticity and corrosion resistance, suitable for occasions requiring good sealing performance.

Metal wound gasket: It is made of standard high quality metal belt and other alloy materials and flexible materials overlapped with each other and spiral wound, with good sealing performance and compression resilience, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, deep cold, vacuum and corrosive media with rapid change of operating parameters.

Metal toothed composite gasket: Including a precision metal core and a flexible gasket sealing material wrapped around each surface of the metal, suitable for flat, convex, concave-convex, tongue-and-groove and concave flange connections.

Wave-tooth composite gasket: Consisting of a special wave-tooth shaped elastic frame metal core and a softer gasket material bonded to each surface of the metal core, it is suitable for occasions with drastic fluctuations in temperature and pressure.

Oval gasket and octagonal gasket: Collectively referred to as the metal ring gasket, the processing technology, processing equipment and testing have more stringent requirements, usually used for high temperature, high pressure and non-metallic gaskets are difficult to cope with the harsh working conditions.
