Marine Vertical Oil Fired Boiler
LSK Vertical Oil Fired Boiler, also known as the vertical cylindrical needle tube boiler, is a kind of boiler equipment that adopts needle tube heat exchange elements.
Compared with other vertical boilers, multiple "needle tubes" are installed on the furnace tube. Thus, when the flue gas from the furnace scours the pins, more heat from the flue gas will be absorbed, which is equivalent to expanding the heating area on the flue gas side and improving the heat transfer efficiency. Therefore, the vertical needle tube boiler has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, high thermal efficiency, fast pressure rise speed, and easy maintenance. Especially, the needle tube structure makes it more convenient to clean the soot and does not pollute the engine room environment.
