Marine Reducer
Marine Reducer according to the different shapes, is divided into concentric head and eccentric head two kinds. Size head material includes stainless steel size head (304304l316316l), alloy steel, carbon steel size head, size head material 20 steel, Q235, Q345, 16Mn and so on. Reducers need to choose the appropriate connection method according to the specific pipe material and use requirements. It is also necessary to pay attention to the sealing, pressure resistance and easy maintenance performance of the connection method.
Overview
Connection Method:
1. Welded connection: two reducers are welded together using the welding process. This type of connection is usually applied to metal pipes and has good sealing and strength.
2. Threaded connection: two reducers are connected together using threaded fittings. This type of connection is suitable for small diameter pipes and is easy to dismantle and install.
3. Flange connection: Use flanges to connect two reducers together. This type of connection is suitable for large-diameter pipes, with good sealing and easy disassembly.
4. Clamp connection: Use the clamp to fix the two reducers together. This type of connection is suitable for non-metallic pipes, such as PVC pipes.
