The special conditions and requirements for ship use have been fully considered in design and manufacturing. The impeller is die cast using high-end molds. The material is aluminum alloy and has undergone strict dynamic balance correction and over-speed testing. It has a reasonable blade profile, beautiful shape, light weight, high strength, low corresponding power load, and high energy-saving rate. Therefore, the ventilation fan has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, anti swing, anti vibration, anti impact, low noise, high efficiency and energy-saving, stable performance and smooth operation, safety and reliability.

Test run and operation:
Before the fan is installed, the blade should be adjusted first according to the required angle, and all the screws should be tightened. The motor can be refueled at any time during operation. When in operation, the current, the voltage, the motor bearing, and the temperature indicating the instrument of the motor stator should be frequently observed and recorded well. If it exceeds the required index of the technical requirements, it should be immediately stopped for checking.
During the overhaul of the machine, the sealing gasket of the airtight, cover should be carefully kept and must not be damaged. Once damaged, it should be purchased from the manufacturer.
