Features
The structure of Marine plug valve is simple, the switch is quick, the fluid resistance is small, the Angle stroke operation is fast. In emergency situations such as accidents, it can quickly connect or cut off the pipeline. Compared with gate valve and stop valve, the operation is more flexible and the switch is more rapid. The plug valve uses a plug body with a through-hole as the opening and closing part, and the plug body rotates with the valve stem to realize the opening and closing action. Small plug valve without packing is also called "cock". The plug body of the plug valve is mostly cone (there are also cylinders), and the conical hole surface of the valve body is formed to seal the pair.
Installation and Maintenance Notes
1. Leave a position for the valve stem to rotate
2. Cannot be used for throttling
3. Upright installation with transmission mechanism
