Maintenance skills:

Replacement of lubricating oil: In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each overhaul, it is also necessary to regularly inspect and replace the lubricating oil.
Cleaning up sundries: In stormy weather, when waves hit the deck, water can easily be poured into the cabin from the vent, so it is necessary to remove the ventilation head, block the mouth of the coaming with a cork, and then wrap it with a canvas cover to prevent seawater from flooding in.
Technical parameters and standards:
Surface requirements: the surface should be smooth and smooth, without sharp edges, distortion and skew.
Size requirements: the diameter deviation of the air duct and the hood is 3 mm, and the verticality deviation is 2/h1000(h is the height of the air duct).
Welding quality: The welding surface shall be free of defects such as cracks, slag inclusion, burning through and incomplete fusion.
Wind and rain tight cover: The wind and rain tight cover should be opened flexibly, and the moving parts should be coated with neutral lubricating grease.
Rust-proof treatment: the internal and external surfaces of steel parts shall be derusted to Sa2 or St2 as specified in GB/T8923, and then two coats of rust-proof primer shall be applied.
