4. Marking

The mark for DN=500 ventilation tank is C500 CB/T295-2000 ventilation tank.

Matters needing attention:

1. The hard particles transported in flammable and explosive mixed gases should not exceed 150mg/m3, and the diameter should not exceed 2mm.

2. Protective brass mesh should be installed on the suction pipe to prevent static sparks and other objects from being sucked in, ensuring the safety of explosion-proof ventilation fans.

3. When the external cable enters the junction box for fixation, the junction box itself, its entry device, and the cable must be strictly sealed, and no rainwater is allowed to enter the junction box.

4. The cable must be grounded, especially for explosion-proof motors.

5. When connecting the explosion-proof ventilation fan to the air duct, there should be no tilting of the casing due to rigid connection. It is even more prohibited to forcibly connect and add the weight of the pipeline to the fan to avoid deformation of the casing.

6. The power of the electric motor used in the ventilation fan refers to the strict control of the motor current by adjusting the air intake during operation under specific working conditions, combined with mechanical losses and the appropriate safety factor. Do not exceed the rated current of the motor.
